The Operations Management Suite is a DevOps tool that allows you to create customized dashboards that merge both Azure Cloud and On-Premises environment data. To underline the importance and relevance Microsoft is putting on OMS the Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions Exam has recently been updated to include OMS in the exam objectives.


Operations Management Suite (OMS) is an Azure-hosted, SaaS product offering that targets System Administrators, DevOps Engineers, and Security professionals users. As an Azure-hosted product it does not require any install to get started using. Also, being a DevOps tool, OMS if for far more than just Microsoft Azure and Windows Server. To enable management anywhere, anytime there is even a mobile application available on iOS, Android and Windows Store. This enables servers to be managed extremely easily from any device whether the engineers are in the office or not.
