In the effort of expanding out the breadth of certification offerings, Microsoft has added the Analyzing Big Data with Microsoft R (70-773) exam. This exam focuses on using Microsoft R Server and SQL R Services for analyzing Big Data.
This exam is retired June 30, 2019.
Certification Target Audience
The focus on the Analyzing Big Data with Microsoft R (70-773) exam is centered around Microsoft R Server and SQL R Services. The exam is designed to target candidates who are Data Scientists or Analysts who are processing and analyzing large data sets using R. This exam will test your familiarity with data structures, as well as basic programming concepts (such as control flow and scope), and your ability to write and debug R code functions.

Mostly documentation and through trial and error playing with the tools. It can be very time consuming at times. Oh the difficulty we go through to create training material some times. 🙂
I’m actually fond of R and using it since a while for data visualization . Can you tell me which type of documentation you have , I need a starting point and need to make sure I’m preparing for the exam and not for the entire tool

There’s not an Exam Ref book for 70-773 from Microsoft Press yet. Microsoft documentation has a lot of resources, and then there’s also the mediums you mention. You could also look into on-demand video services like http://SkillMeUp.com or http://Pluralsight.com as well.

There aren’t any exam ref books for the 70-773 certification exam. Also, I don’t anticipate any getting published since this exam is being retired June 2019.
